Stat. § 703.202","heading":"Access to records of association-controlled entity.","body":"(1) In this section:\n(a) “Control” means to directly or indirectly do any of the following:\n1. Own more than 50 percent of the ownership interest of an entity.\n2. Have a controlling interest in an entity.\n3. Have the power to direct or cause the direction of the management or policies of an entity.\n(b) “Entity” means a person other than an individual.\n(2) If an association controls an entity, a unit owner may inspect and copy records of the entity to the same extent that the association may inspect and copy the records.","path":["Chs. 700-711, Property","Chapter 703 Condominiums"],"source_url":"https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/document/statutes/703.202","current_through":"2023-24 Wisconsin Statutes updated through 2025 Wis.
