Stat. § 778.13","heading":"Forfeitures collected, to whom paid.","body":"All moneys collected in favor of the state for forfeiture, except the portion to be paid to any person who sues with the state, plus costs, fees, and surcharges imposed under ch. 814, shall be paid by the officer who collects the forfeiture, costs, fees, and surcharges to the treasurer of the county within which the forfeiture was incurred within 20 days after its receipt.
