Upon agreement of the parties, the parties may waive a pretrial conference.\n(2) If the defendant does not appear at the pretrial conference, the court may proceed under s. 800.035 (8) or (9).\n(3) If the parties reach an agreement, the agreement shall be submitted to the court for the court’s approval.
