Stat. § 84.53","heading":"Matching of federal aid.","body":"(1) The secretary with the approval of the governor, subject to the limits of s. 20.866 (2) (ut), may direct that state debt be contracted for the matching of federal aid as set forth in sub. (2) and subject to the limits set therein.
