In this section, “witness” has the meaning given in s. 950.02 (5).\n(2) County to provide. If an area is available and use of the area is practical, a county shall provide a waiting area for a victim or witness to use during hearings under this chapter that is separate from any area used by the juvenile, the juvenile’s relatives, and witnesses for the juvenile.
