The court assigned to exercise jurisdiction under this chapter and ch. 48 may authorize medical services including surgical procedures when needed if the court assigned to exercise jurisdiction under this chapter and ch. 48 determines that reasonable cause exists for the services and that the juvenile is within the jurisdiction of the court assigned to exercise jurisdiction under this chapter and ch. 48 and, except as provided in s. 938.296 (4) and (5), consents.\n(2) Abortion; judicial waiver of parental consent requirement. Section 48.375 (7) applies if the medical service authorized under sub.
