Stat. § 941.292","heading":"Possession of a weaponized drone.","body":"(1) In this section, “drone” means a powered, aerial vehicle that does not carry a human operator, uses aerodynamic forces to provide vehicle lift, and can fly autonomously or be piloted remotely. A drone may be expendable or recoverable.\n(2) Whoever operates any weaponized drone is guilty of a Class H felony.
