Stat. § 961.13","heading":"Schedule I tests.","body":"(1m) The controlled substances board shall add a substance to schedule I upon finding that the substance:\n(a) Has high potential for abuse;\n(b) Has no currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States; and\n(c) Lacks accepted safety for use in treatment under medical supervision.\n(2m) The controlled substances board may add a substance to schedule I without making the findings required under sub.
