Stat. § 961.19","heading":"Schedule IV tests.","body":"(1m) The controlled substances board shall add a substance to schedule IV upon finding that:\n(a) The substance has a low potential for abuse relative to substances included in schedule III;\n(b) The substance has currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States; and\n(c) Abuse of the substance may lead to limited physical dependence or psychological dependence relative to the substances included in schedule III.\n(2m) The controlled substances board may add a substance to schedule IV without making the findings required under sub.
