Code § 16-9H-8","heading":"Prohibition on use of vape or smoke shop as residence.","body":"(a) No person may use, occupy, or permit the use or occupancy of any vape or smoke shop authorized for the retail sale of tobacco-derived products or vapor products as a residence, dwelling place, or location for human habitation.\n(b) Notwithstanding any provision of this code to the contrary, a violation of §16-9H-8(a) of this code shall constitute grounds for the immediate suspension of operations at the premises by the Alcohol Beverage Commissioner or a duly authorized agent thereof until the violation is remedied.","path":["CHAPTER 16.
