Code § 17-19-12","heading":"Unlawful display of insignia of motor club.","body":"It shall be unlawful for any person to display upon a motor vehicle in this state the insignia or emblem of any motor vehicle club or similar organization, unless he shall be entitled to use the same under the Constitution, bylaws, rules or regulations of such club or organization. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $50.","path":["CHAPTER 17.
