Code § 17-26-1","heading":"Definitions.","body":"For purposes of this article:\n(a) \"Commissioner\" means the West Virginia commissioner of highways continued pursuant to section one, article two-a of this chapter;\n(b) \"Amendment\" means the amendment to the Constitution of this state entitled \"Safe Roads Amendment of 1996\" as approved by referendum in November, 1996;\n(c) \"State road bond\" means any bond or bonds issued by the state pursuant to section two of this article;\n(d) \"Division\" means the West Virginia Division of Highways established under section one, article two-a, of this chapter, or any successor to all or any substantial part of its powers and duties; and\n(e) \"Secretary\" means the secretary of the West Virginia Department of Transportation.","path":["CHAPTER 17.
