Code § 17-26A-1","heading":"Definitions.","body":"For purposes of this article:\n(1) “Commissioner” means the West Virginia Commissioner of Highways continued pursuant to section one, article two-a of this chapter;\n(2) “Amendment” means the amendment to the Constitution of this state entitled Roads to Prosperity Amendment of 2017 as approved by referendum in October, 2017;\n(3) “State road bond” means any bond or bonds issued by the state pursuant to section two of this article;\n(4) “Division” means the West Virginia Division of Highways established under section one, article two-a of this chapter, or any successor to all or any substantial part of its powers and duties; and\n(5) “Secretary” means the Secretary of the West Virginia Department of Transportation.","path":["CHAPTER 17.
