Code § 17-2A-16","heading":"Prequalification disclosure by vendors; register of vendors.","body":"Every person, firm or corporation selling or offering to sell to the commissioner of the West Virginia department of highways, upon competitive bids or otherwise, any materials, supplies or equipment shall comply with all of the provisions of section fourteen-a, article three, chapter five-a of this code and shall file with the director of the Purchasing Division of the State of West Virginia the affidavit required therein.\nAny person, firm or corporation failing or refusing to comply with said statute as herein required shall be ineligible to sell or offer to sell commodities to the commissioner as hereinabove set forth.","path":["CHAPTER 17.
