Code § 17C-7-12","heading":"Controlled-access roadway -- Driving onto or from; penalty.","body":"(a) No person shall drive a vehicle onto or from any controlled-access roadway except at such entrances and exits as are established by public authority.\n(b) Any person violating the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $100; upon a second conviction within one year thereafter, shall be fined not more than $200; and upon a third or subsequent conviction, shall be fined not more than $500.","path":["CHAPTER 17C.
