Code § 17E-1-17","heading":"Driving record information to be furnished.","body":"Subject to the provisions of article two-a, chapter seventeen-a of this code, the commissioner shall furnish full information regarding the driving record of any person:\n(a) To the driver license administrator of any other state of the United States and the District of Columbia or a province or territory of Canada or a state or federal agency of the United Mexican States requesting that information;\n(b) To any motor carrier employer or prospective motor carrier employer;\n(c) To the United States Secretary of Transportation; and\n(d) To the driver:Nothing in this section prevents an insurer from obtaining a standard driving record issued in accordance with section two, article two, chapter seventeen-d of this code.","path":["CHAPTER 17E.
