Code § 18-2-32","heading":"Posthumous high school diplomas.","body":"(a) This section shall be known as \"Todd's Law\".\n(b) Notwithstanding any provision of this code to the contrary, the state board shall provide for the awarding of a high school diploma to a deceased student, at the request of the parent, guardian or custodian, if the student:\n(1) Was enrolled in a public school in this state at the time of death;\n(2) Was academically eligible, or on track to complete the requirements for graduation at the time of death; and\n(3) Died after the completion of the eleventh grade school year.","path":["CHAPTER 18.
