Code § 18-9A-3","heading":"Total state basic foundation program.","body":"The total basic foundation program for the state for any year shall be the sum of the computed costs for the counties in aggregate, as hereinafter determined, for the following:\n(1) Allowance for professional educators;\n(2) Allowance for service personnel;\n(3) Allowance for fixed charges;\n(4) Allowance for transportation cost;\n(5) Allowance for administrative cost;\n(6) Allowance for other current expense and substitute employees; and\n(7) Allowance to improve instructional programs.","path":["CHAPTER 18.
