Code § 18B-11A-2","heading":"Definitions.","body":"For the purposes of this article:\n(a) \"Board\" means the Marshall university board of Governors;\n(b) \"Center\" means the autism training center;\n(c) \"Client\" means a person with the primary diagnosis of autism or autistic-like behavior; and\n(d) \"Expenses\" means those reasonable and customary expenditures related to training and treatment of eligible clients as defined in the rules and regulations promulgated by the center.","path":["CHAPTER 18B.
