Code § 19-21-41","heading":"Penalty for obstructing drain or damaging drainage work.","body":"Any person who shall obstruct a drain or damage drainage works constructed under the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined $100, and he shall also be liable to the district for double the cost of removing such obstructions and repairing such damage.","path":["CHAPTER 19.
