Code § 19-2C-3a","heading":"Rulemaking.","body":"(a) The commissioner shall propose rules for legislative approval in accordance with the provisions of article three, chapter twenty-nine-a of this code, to:\n(1) Establish the license requirements for auctioneers and apprentice auctioneers, including the bond requirements;\n(2) Set a fee schedule;\n(3) Establish the renewal and expiration requirements for licenses;\n(4) Establish the continuing education requirements for licensees;\n(5) Establish waiver of examination requirements for apprentice auctioneers;\n(6) Permit consent agreements or negotiated settlements for the civil penalties; and\n(7) Implement the provisions of this article.\n(b) The fees in effect on January 1, 2014, shall remain in effect until modified by legislative rule.","path":["CHAPTER 19.
