The commissioner may propose rules for legislative approval in accordance with the provisions of §29A-3-1 et seq. of this code governing the collection of farm premises and animal identification data.\nThe premises and animal identification data collected by the commissioner in accordance with the requirements of the Animal Disease Traceability program are specifically exempt from disclosure under the provisions of §29B-1-1 et seq. of this code.","path":["CHAPTER 19.
