Code § 29-22C-31","heading":"Civil penalties.","body":"(a) The commission may impose on any person who violates the provisions of this article a civil penalty not to exceed $50,000 for each violation, whether or not the person is licensed under this article.\n(b) The provisions of article five, chapter twenty-nine-a of this code apply to any civil penalty imposed pursuant to the provisions of this section.","path":["CHAPTER 29.
