Procedural rules shall include rules of practice before the agency, together with forms and instructions in accordance with §29A-1-2 of this code.\n(b) To assist interested persons dealing with it, the agency shall, so far as deemed practicable, supplement its rules with descriptive statements of its procedures.","path":["CHAPTER 29A.
