Code § 3-9-4","heading":"Commissioner's failure to procure or return supplies; penalties.","body":"Any commissioner of election designated to call for and deliver election supplies as provided in article one of this chapter who shall wilfully or negligently fail to appear at the offices of the clerks of the circuit and county courts of his county and procure and deliver such supplies, or who shall wilfully or negligently fail or refuse to return such supplies, as provided in articles five and six of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, on conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100.","path":["CHAPTER 3.
