Code § 30-12-8","heading":"Disciplinary powers.","body":"The board may revoke, suspend or annul a registration, or impose a civil penalty in an amount not more than $2,000 for each violation, upon satisfactory proof to the board that any person has violated the provisions of this article or any rules promulgated by the board under this article.
