Code § 30-13A-20","heading":"Certificate of authorization requirements.","body":"(a) Each firm practicing surveying in West Virginia shall have a certificate of authorization.\n(b) The board shall issue a certificate of authorization to a firm that:\n(1) Practices surveying in West Virginia;\n(2) Provides proof that the firm has employed a surveyor-in-charge;\n(3) Has paid all applicable fees; and\n(4) Completes such other requirements as specified by the board.","path":["CHAPTER 30.
