Code § 30-32-11","heading":"Provisional licenses.","body":"(a) The board may issue a provisional license to an applicant who is in the process of obtaining postgraduate professional experience and who:\n(1) Meets the academic, practicum, and examination requirements of this article;\n(2) Submits an application to the board, upon a form prescribed by the board, including a plan for the content of the postgraduate professional experience; and\n(3) Pays the fee.\n(b) A provisional licensee may practice speech-language pathology or audiology under the general supervision of a licensed speech pathologist or audiologist only in the professional field for which the provisional license was issued.\n(c) The provisional license shall be valid for a term of one year and may be renewed.","path":["CHAPTER 30.
