Code § 30-35-2","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this article, the following terms have the meanings ascribed to them:\n(a) \"Board\" means the West Virginia board of licensed dietitians;\n(b) \"Commission on dietetic registration\" means the commission on dietetic registration that is a member of the national commission for health certifying agencies;\n(c) \"Fund\" means the board of examiners for dietitians' administrative fund created pursuant to the provisions of section five of this article;\n(d) \"Licensed dietitian\" means any person who has obtained a license to practice as a licensed dietitian from the West Virginia board of licensed dietitians;\n(e) \"Medical nutrition therapy\" or \"nutrition therapy\" means nutritional diagnostic assessment and nutrition therapy services for the purpose of disease management; and\n(f) \"Registered dietitian\" means a person registered by the commission on dietetic registration.","path":["CHAPTER 30.
