Code § 30-3E-6","heading":"License renewal requirements.","body":"(a) A licensee shall renew biennially, on a schedule established by the appropriate licensing board, by submitting:\n(1) A complete renewal application;\n(2) The renewal fee; and\n(3) An attestation that all continuing education requirements for the reporting period have been met.\n(b) If a licensee fails to timely renew his or her license, then the license automatically expires.","path":["CHAPTER 30.
