Code § 31-18E-6","heading":"Staff of the land reuse agency.","body":"(a) Employees. -- A land reuse agency may employ or enter into a contract for an executive director, counsel and legal staff, technical experts and other individuals and may determine the qualifications and fix the compensation and benefits of those employees.\n(b) Contracts. -- A land reuse agency may enter into a contract with a municipality or county for:\n(1) The municipality or county to provide staffing services to the land reuse agency; or\n(2) The land reuse agency to provide staffing services to the municipality or county.","path":["CHAPTER 31.
