Code § 46-2-103","heading":"Definitions and index of definitions.","body":"(1) In this article unless the context otherwise requires:\n(a) \"Buyer\" means a person who buys or contracts to buy goods.\n(b) [Reserved.]\n(c) \"Receipt\" of goods means taking physical possession of them.\n(d) \"Seller\" means a person who sells or contracts to sell goods.\n(2) Other definitions applying to this article or to specified parts thereof, and the sections in which they appear are:\n\"Acceptance\". Section 2-325.\n\"Lot\". Section 2-105.\n\"Merchant\". Section 2-104.\n\"Overseas\". Section 2-323.\n\"Person in position of seller\". Section 2-707.\n\"Present sale\". Section 2-106.\n\"Sale\". Section 2-106.\n\"Sale on approval\". Section 2-326.\n\"Sale or return\". Section 2-326.\n\"Termination\".
