Code § 47-11B-15","heading":"Penalties for violations.","body":"Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this article is guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100 or by imprisonment not exceeding thirty days.
