Code § 48-1-222","heading":"Domestic relations action defined.","body":"\"Domestic relations action\" means an action:\n(1) To obtain a divorce;\n(2) To have a marriage annulled;\n(3) To be granted separate maintenance;\n(4) To establish paternity;\n(5) To establish and enforce child or spousal support, including actions brought under the provisions of the uniform interstate family support act; and\n(6) To allocate custodial responsibility and determine decision-making responsibility, or to otherwise determine child custody, as in an action petitioning for a writ of habeas corpus wherein the issue is child custody.","path":["CHAPTER 48.
