Code § 53-8-15","heading":"Rules and forms.","body":"(a) Authorized. -- The Supreme Court of Appeals may adopt rules and forms to implement the provisions of this article.\n(b) Petition form. --\n(1) The Supreme Court of Appeals is requested to adopt a form for a petition under this article.\n(2) A petition form shall contain notice to a petitioner that an individual who knowingly provides false information in a petition filed under this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to the penalties specified in section four of this article.","path":["CHAPTER 53.
