Code § 53-8-8","heading":"Modification and rescission.","body":"(a) A personal safety order may be modified or rescinded during the term of the personal safety order after:\n(1) Giving notice to the petitioner and the respondent; and\n(2) A hearing.\n(b) Modification may include extending the term of the personal safety order if the order was previously issued for a term of less than the two-year maximum term set forth in section seven of this article.","path":["CHAPTER 53.
