Code § 60-8-6g","heading":"Special privilege of Class A private wine restaurant licensee to operate separate, but connected, Class B wine specialty shop license.","body":"A Class A private wine restaurant licensee may, in the commissioner's discretion, operate Class B wine specialty shop license for the off-premises sale of nonintoxicating beer and wine in a connected but separately operated area of the Class A private wine restaurant is licensed premises: Provided, That each business is licensed separately and operates separate cash registers and maintains separation barriers between the different licensed operations.
