Code § 7-8-5","heading":"Keeper of temporary jail.","body":"The keeper of any jail adopted or designated as provided in section one of this article shall, as to the persons so conveyed thereto, be the jailer of the county from which such persons were so conveyed, until he shall, by proper authority, be ordered to discharge such persons, or deliver them over to the sheriff of the county from which they were so conveyed.","path":["CHAPTER 7.
