Stat. § 1-30-107","heading":"Issuance and service of writ.","body":"The writ shall be issued by the clerk of the court in which the application is made and shall contain a copy of the petition, verification and order of allowance. A copy shall be served upon the defendant personally, by the sheriff of the proper county or by a person specially authorized by the court or judge.
