Stat. § 1-31-127","heading":"Limitation upon time of bringing action against corporations or officer.","body":"Nothing in W.S. 1-31-101 through 1-31-130 shall authorize an action against a corporation for forfeiture of charter unless commenced within five (5) years after the act complained of was committed.
