Stat. § 1-37-105","heading":"Fiduciary's rights to be construed.","body":"(a) Any person interested as or through an executor, administrator, trustee, guardian or other fiduciary, creditor, devisee, legatee, heir, next of kin, or beneficiary of a trust, in the administration of a trust, or of the estate of a decedent, a minor or person under legal disability, may have a declaration of rights or other legal relations in respect thereto:\n(i) To ascertain any class of creditors, devisees, legatees, heirs, next of kin or others;\n(ii) To direct the executors, administrators or trustees to do or abstain from doing any particular act in their fiduciary capacity; or\n(iii) To determine any question arising in the administration of the estate or trust, including questions of construction of wills and other writings.","path":["TITLE 1 - CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE","CHAPTER 37 - DECLARATORY JUDGMENT"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title01.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:31Z","sha256":"49be89049b1b72afe0d0b23eea3def85b9f3c0b25726e8b1adae441256612605","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-1-37-104","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-1-37-106"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
