Stat. § 11-35-109","heading":"Marketing orders; notice of issuance or suspension; when effective.","body":"Upon the issuance of any marketing order or any suspension, amendment or termination thereof, a copy of the notice shall be published in the official newspaper of general circulation published in each county of the state. No order of suspension, amendment or termination is effective until thirty (30) days after the date of posting and publication.
