Stat. § 12-4-702","heading":"Signature and attestation; contents; display required.","body":"(a) Each license issued by a city or town shall be signed by the mayor and attested by the clerk. Each license issued by a county shall be signed by the chairman of the board of county commissioners and attested by the county clerk.\n(b) The following shall be shown in each license:\n(i) The name of the licensee;\n(ii) An address of the licensed building in which alcoholic or malt beverages may be sold;\n(iii) The date of issuance;\n(iv) The amount of the fee; and\n(v) That the fee has been paid.\n(c) Each licensee shall display his license in a conspicuous place in the licensed building.","path":["TITLE 12 - ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES","CHAPTER 4 - LOCAL LICENSES","ARTICLE 7 - FORMS"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title12.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"9f4adc0af2cd162a3122128fc9efbb9b3245199d5754956db26a0053f534a136","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-12-4-701","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-12-5-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
