Stat. § 13-12-120","heading":"Suspension or revocation of charter.","body":"(a) The commissioner may suspend or revoke the charter of a special purpose depository institution if, after notice and opportunity for a hearing, the commissioner determines that:\n(i) The special purpose depository institution has failed or refused to comply with an order issued under W.S. 13-10-201 through 13-10-209;\n(ii) The application for a charter contained a false statement or material misrepresentation or material omission; or\n(iii) An officer, director or agent of the special purpose depository institution, in connection with an application for a charter, examination, report or other document filed with the commissioner, knowingly made a false statement, material misrepresentation or material omission to the board, the commissioner or the duly authorized agent of the board or commissioner.","path":["TITLE 13 - BANKS, BANKING AND FINANCE","CHAPTER 12 SPECIAL PURPOSE DEPOSITORY INSTITUTIONS"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title13.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"495a71c8a886f0c58d6a32cdf8349af55409e099c7fd1abcff31328b68db3b19","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-13-12-119","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-13-12-121"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
