Stat. § 13-2-901","heading":"Purpose.","body":"(a) This article is intended generally to ensure that:\n(i) Interstate state branches of out-of-state foreign banks may be established and operated in this state:\n(A) To the extent consistent with the provisions of 12 U.S.C. section 3103; and\n(B) Under terms and conditions that are comparable to and no less favorable than those applicable to the establishment of interstate federal branches in this state by out-of-state foreign banks.\n(ii) The laws and regulations of this state applicable to the establishment of interstate state branches in this state by out-of-state banks do not, in a manner inconsistent with the laws and policies of the United States, discriminate against the establishment of interstate state branches in this state by out-of-state domestic banks that are owned or controlled by foreign banks or other foreign persons.","path":["TITLE 13 - BANKS, BANKING AND FINANCE","CHAPTER 2 - ORGANIZATION OF BANKS","ARTICLE 9 - FOREIGN BRANCH BANKIN"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title13.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"09155625bcb0986c58df906e02ba31842f970b0dbf972cec6804ff0bf1b65fa2","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-13-2-810","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-13-2-902"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
