Stat. § 13-5-415","heading":"Suspension or revocation of charter.","body":"(a) The commissioner may suspend or revoke the charter of a supervised trust company if, after notice and opportunity for a hearing, the commissioner determines that:\n(i) The supervised trust company has failed or refused to comply with any order issued pursuant to W.S. 13-10-201 through 13-10-209;\n(ii) The supervised trust company's application for charter contained a false representation or omission of a material fact; or\n(iii) Any officer or agent of the supervised trust company, in connection with an application for a charter knowingly made a false representation of a material fact or failed to disclose a material fact to the state banking board, the commissioner or the duly authorized agent of the board or commissioner.","path":["TITLE 13 - BANKS, BANKING AND FINANCE","CHAPTER 5 - TRUST COMPANIES","ARTICLE 4 - SUPERVISED TRUST COMPANIES"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title13.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"f26063a0995315a78c8b9ba64fe198e272358f5c925effb63d4b9df065deafba","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-13-5-414","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-13-5-416"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
