Stat. § 14-6-603","heading":"Collection of juvenile justice information.","body":"(a) In any case in which a juvenile is convicted or is adjudicated a delinquent child for the commission of a qualifying offense or a criminal act, the court shall direct that, to the extent possible, the following information be collected and provided to the department:\n(i) Offender identification information including:\n(A) The juvenile offender's name, including other names by which the juvenile is known, and social security number;\n(B) The juvenile offender's date of birth;\n(C) The juvenile offender's physical description, including sex, weight, height, race, ethnicity, eye color, hair color, scars, marks and tattoos;\n(D) The juvenile offender's last known residential address.\n(E) Repealed by Laws 2022, ch. 15, § 5.\n(ii) Offense identification information including:\n(A) The criminal offense for which the juvenile was convicted or adjudicated delinquent;\n(B) Identification of the juvenile court in which the juvenile was adjudicated delinquent or the court in which the juvenile was convicted; and\n(C) The date and description of the final disposition ordered by the court.\n(iii) The nature of the disposition ordered by the court, including whether a juvenile is:\n(A) Committed to detention;\n(B) Ordered to serve probation, placed under a plan of supervision or ordered to participate in an intensive supervision program;\n(C) Committed to treatment;\n(D) Held in pretrial detention.\n(b) Repealed by Laws 2022, ch. 15, § 5.\n(c) The department may designate codes relating to the information described in subsection (a) of this section.","path":["TITLE 14 - CHILDREN","CHAPTER 6 - JUVENILES","ARTICLE 6 - JUVENILE JUSTICE INFORMATION SYSTEM"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title14.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"cba84a7608f8a0125647b1163f99267b3eea0877d21801ea8203853049fa9ddb","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-14-6-602","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-14-6-604"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
