Stat. § 14-9-103","heading":"Definitions.","body":"(a) As used in this act:\n(i) \"Account\" means the community juvenile services block grant account created by this act;\n(ii) \"Community board\" means a community juvenile services board providing juvenile services under this act;\n(iii) \"Department\" means the department of family services;\n(iv) \"Juvenile services\" means programs or services provided to children at risk of coming under the jurisdiction of the juvenile court. Programs or services may include:\n(A) Needs screening and evaluation;\n(B) Treatment planning and follow-up;\n(C) Case management;\n(D) Family preservation services;\n(E) Mental health treatment;\n(F) Substance abuse treatment;\n(G) Mentor and tracker services;\n(H) Community service and restitution programs;\n(J) Out-of-home placement;\n(K) Remedial education services;\n(M) Pretrial diversion programs and graduated sanctions.\n(v) Repealed By Laws 2008, Ch. 57, § 2.\n(vi) Repealed By Laws 2008, Ch. 57, § 2.\n(vii) \"Advisory board\" means a board established by a board of county commissioners which meets the requirements of W.S. 14-9-105(b);\n(viii) \"This act\" means W.S. 14-9-101 through 14-9-108.","path":["TITLE 14 - CHILDREN","CHAPTER 9 - COMMUNITY JUVENILE SERVICES"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title14.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"649da3cf154efef8580193a27f0e41ebcf4be556e1d63416174758f15fa2b916","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-14-9-102","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-14-9-104"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
