Stat. § 15-6-206","heading":"Ordinance ordering improvement; contents.","body":"(a) Upon the hearing of the resolution of intention, if the governing body decides to proceed with the improvement, it shall pass an ordinance, which shall recite:\n(i) The passage of the resolution of intention;\n(ii) The date of the hearing; and\n(iii) Whether or not remonstrances were filed and if any were filed, the action of the governing body thereon.\n(b) The ordinance shall also:\n(i) Order the improvements;\n(ii) Describe the improvements proposed to be made;\n(iii) Direct the city engineer to prepare plans and specifications therefor; and\n(iv) Fix the boundaries of the assessment district, which shall include all property to be assessed for the improvements.","path":["TITLE 15 - CITIES AND TOWNS","CHAPTER 6 LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS","ARTICLE 2 - BEGINNING PROCEEDINGS"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title15.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"9ff8674b2e59b21477c48ea75a72a25a42c2bcd31deddc878e01455eb294215a","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-15-6-205","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-15-6-301"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
