Stat. § 16-1-201","heading":"Definitions.","body":"(a) As used in this article:\n(i) \"Account\" means the state water pollution control revolving loan account created by W.S. 16-1-202;\n(ii) \"Board\" means the state loan and investment board;\n(iii) \"Capitalization grant\" means the federal grant made to Wyoming by the federal environmental protection agency for the purpose of establishing a state water pollution control revolving loan account;\n(iv) \"Corrective action\" means as defined by W.S. 35-11-1415(a)(i);\n(v) \"Corrective action account\" means as defined by W.S. 35-11-1415(a)(ii);\n(vi) \"Department\" means the department of environmental quality;\n(vii) \"Nonpoint source\" means any source of pollution other than a point source as defined by W.S. 35-11-103(a)(x) and includes leaking underground storage tanks and aboveground storage tanks;\n(viii) \"Title VI\" means Title VI of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, 33 U.S.C. §§ 1381 to 1387 as amended;\n(ix) \"Underground storage tank\" means as defined by W.S. 35-11-1415(a)(ix);\n(x) Repealed by Laws 2019, ch. 186, § 2.\n(xi) \"Aboveground storage tank\" means as defined by W.S. 35-11-1415(a)(xi).","path":["TITLE 16 - CITY, COUNTY, STATE AND LOCAL POWERS","CHAPTER 1 - INTERGOVERNMENTAL COOPERATION","ARTICLE 2 - STATE REVOLVING ACCOUNT"],"source_url":"https://wyoleg.gov/statutes/compress/title16.pdf","current_through":"2026 Budget Session; as of 2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:16:32Z","sha256":"cec2b2d3097c3920f20aec16a67596b8f2436dc28dc0f5118a8301aa2d88698e","source_id":"us-wy","stale":false,"prev":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-16-1-111","next":"us-wy/wyo.-stat.-16-1-202"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
